Our scholarship programs remove financial barriers for promising individuals committed to making a difference.

🎓 SiBI Leadership Scholarship

A full-tuition scholarship for emerging leaders from underserved communities who demonstrate exceptional potential in systems thinking and stewardship. Includes mentorship and a 12-month fellowship.

📘 Reflective Practitioner Award

Partial scholarship for practitioners seeking to deepen their reflective leadership capabilities through SiBI Institute programs. Open to professionals in non-profit, government, and social enterprise sectors.

🌍 Global Stewardship Grant

Sponsored participation in SiBI programs for change-makers working on environmental and community resilience projects in the Global South. Includes travel, accommodation, and materials.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Youth Mentee Sponsorship

Covers full participation in the SiBI Mentor & Mentee Program for young professionals aged 22-30 who display strong potential but lack organizational sponsorship.

SiBI Giveback leads and supports projects that translate insight into tangible community outcomes.

Clean Water Access Initiative

A community-led project bringing sustainable water purification systems to rural communities in West Africa. Combines locally sourced materials with community training for long-term maintenance.

Status: Planning phase · Target: 5 communities by 2028

Youth Leadership Bootcamp

An intensive week-long residential program equipping young leaders (18-25) with practical skills in systems thinking, ethical stewardship, and community organizing.

Status: Pilot planned for Summer 2027

Urban Green Corridor

A community reforestation and urban greening project in partnership with local environmental groups. Aims to plant 10,000 trees and create accessible green spaces in underserved urban areas.

A vocational training and micro-enterprise support program targeting women and youth in economically marginalised communities. Combines technical skills training with business mentorship.
